We are in the church development ministry:
  • Our mission is to enable pastors to equip the laity to do the work of ministry.
  • We envision making effective leadership available to every local church.
  • We will  accomplish this using our expertise in Personal Leadership Coaching,
    Financial Analysis, Risk Management, Leadership Development, Strategic,
    Financial, and Program Management, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Team Building,
    Organizational Governance Development, and personal Spiritual Formation.
                                                                      Why Powerfilled?

  1. Jesus said we could do "even greater works" that He did (John 14:12).  He healed
    the sick, brought sight to the blind, brought the dead back to life, changed water into
    wine.  There must be a source of power from which we postmoderns have just lost
    touch.
  2. Jesus said "when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, you will receive power". (Acts 1:
    8)
  3. We believe gifted, competent, and well-trained leaders in the church can accomplish
    miraculous things by the grace of God.
What's New -- March 2006

Powerfilled has entered the world of Blogging as a means of more effective communication.  Two
blogs are currently operating.  If you are one of George Barna's "Revolutionaries" join a group
currently defining what a Community Of Hope is like.  If you would like to follow the lead of a great
Biblical character and move closer to God, join a FOCUS group trying to Follow Moses Towards
God.  If you long for unity in a denominationally divided church, work together with other dreamers
trying to be the Church at Kingdom Purpose.

Check out Mutual Ministry Review and What People are Saying as a positive way to share a day  
with your governing board evaluating, base-lining, and envisioning ordained and lay leader roles in
the effectiveness of the ministry of your church.  This can be a great alternative to the traditional
performance evaluation.

A new product is scheduled to be offered starting in January 2006.  "Distributing Living Water" is a
program of renewal custom designed for your church, including potential administration of Alpha, 40
Days of Purpose, Community of Hope, and a Ministry to Ministers

Temporary Executive Pastors Available

Executive Pastors oversee staff and the ministry areas of the local church, provide
operational leadership, focus on high level issues that need to be addressed day-to-day,
provide both leadership and management expertise to drive issues and opportunities
forward, and oversee the alignment of the energies of the church toward the fulfillment of the
vision of the church.

When churches need them the most, they often do not have the resources for a full time staff
addition.  We help such churches gain access to the Executive Pastor resource
